Girly Accessories!

As most women do, and especially those with daughters, you can imagine that we love our accessories over here! Give me all the cute bracelets and bows and anything else girly and cutesy. Having a daughter to dress up is THE BEST and I can’t wait to have another little one here in a few months. I’m totally going to be that Mom that dresses them the same…so sue me?! 🙂

I recently discovered Gems by Laura and immediately fell in love. All her pieces are well made, timeless, and beautiful. She is also local (to me), which I love!

Benonite Clay Wonder Face Mask!

Have you guys seen the amazing 2 ingredient face mask recipe going around that is super popular right now? Well I finally decided to purchase the stuff and give it a try! I was so excited. The only two things you need are benonite clay and apple cider vinegar. I did some research and the ones that I bought have seemed to be the favorites (see bottom of post for purchasing links). This mask supposedly is great for acne, exfoliating, can help reduce the look of scars, unclogs and shrinks pores, helps draw toxins out of your skin…seriously just Google it and you will want to try it!

Preggo Leggings aka The Best Leggings Ever

It was a sad day once my favorite pair of leggings started being too small for maternity leggings. Not long after that life crisis happened, I discovered Preggo Leggings. And they honestly saved my life because I live in leggings! The ones I love and live in are these basic black Mom’s Night Out black leggings with a full belly panel. I wear a small/medium and they are the perfect size and length, and totally not see through! They are hands down the best maternity leggings ever.

Toddler Meal Ideas with Amara

I know I have touched on this before, but I *try* to be semi healthy and instill good habits in Saylor. I’ll be the first to admit that I love sweets and don’t ever deprive myself, but I always do eat a good amount of fruits and veggies and be sure to drink plenty of water.

When I discovered Amara, I was immediately interested. Especially since I’m having another baby, I’m starting to think about baby food (what?) and things like that. Amara focuses on healthy food, and not much else. They don’t add anything you can’t pronounce, and it comes in a convenient packet. They also have discovered a new way to offer baby food…freeze dried! Super cool. It locks in nutrients that can otherwise get lost.

Talking Sleepwear with You! Lingerie

Does anyone have a hard time finding pajamas or bras that fit while pregnant? I’m at the point where almost everything is now a belly shirt, and all the waists are too tight and annoying. I don’t love spending money on things that I won’t get good use out of, so when You! Lingerie said they wanted to work with me I was excited because all of their pieces are made for nursing as well. I also love that this company was started by a mom, with other moms in mind! They want to provide us with affordable, cute, and comfortable lingerie that will last us through pregnancy and nursing.

Purple Posie Designs

Hi! Guess what I realized today? That it’s been just over a year that I have been blogging here. I can’t believe it has been a year and I’ve had so much fun collaborating with companies and getting to know other bloggers.

Today I wanted to share with you Purple Posie Designs. They create beautiful handmade items such as keepsake journals and journal books. They are made with so much love and detail, and make a great gift. When I was younger I was into scrapbooking, and loved making things like these for different events in my life like high school graduation or Christmas one year. It is such a nice way to store and show your memories. They are very personal, and such an easy way to create and store your memories!

Maternity Style with PinkBlush

Hi! Happy Sunday! I hope you all have had a nice, relaxing day thus far. Let’s talk about maternity wear. For starters I should probably admit that my “pregnancy style” has consisted of leggings, oversized sweatshirts, and Uggs. I’m not kidding, LOL! I should probably be embarrassed, but it’s so cold here and with my growing belly nothing fits right anymore. At least on Sunday’s I try to give my favorite leggings a break, and wear something more stylish.

If you are pregnant, or have been pregnant recently, I’m sure you have heard of Pink Blush Maternity. They are a company that brings us affordable, comfortable, and cute clothes. I recently got this floral maxi dress from them, and I’m in love! I’ve never been a big fan of maxi dresses on me, being tall and whatnot, I felt like they never looked right on me. But when I’m pregnant that all changes haha. My dress is about 2″ longer than some of the other maxi dresses out there, so I jumped on it and I’m glad I did. I will also be able to wear it while nursing, yay.

Healthy Habits with RAWberry Smoothies

Hey all! If you follow me on Instagram (@robynmeacham), you know that I have been working with @rawberry_smoothies for a few weeks now. I was excited about this not just because I love smoothies, but because being pregnant has made me extra aware of the added nutrients I should be getting. Starting my day off with a smoothie packed full of healthy things ensures that I am doing something right.

Secondly, Saylor LOVES them…and normally isn’t the best eater. She is picky, and while she likes fruit, veggies are a whole other story. I love that I can sneak in kale or spinach, or even things like dates(what!?), into something she actually likes, likes helping me make, and it isn’t something I am forcing her to eat. Win!

How to Combat Dry Hands in the Winter

Does anyone else get reallllly dry skin in the winter time? I do! Not just on my hand either, everywhere! I’ll scratch myself raw…but that is another story for a different day. Today I’m talking about how I keep my hands nice and soft, instead of dry, cracked, and even bleeding.

My first must have is a great scrub, made with a good oil base that will remain on your hands to moisturize. Sometimes scrubbing my hands too much can make them worse if I am using a crappy scrub, so this is key. This Vanilla Cream Latte Scrub from Spa Thyme is everything I look for in a scrub. It’s made up of ingredients like almond and coconut oil, vitamin E oil, and then a few natural ingredients to make this the BEST SMELLING THING EVER. I promise there is no exaggeration on that, either. Bonus, it is super affordable too!

Double Stroller Buying Guide with Baby Cubby!

Since I can now publicly talk about being pregnant and having another baby come May, I can talk about all the fun things that go along with that, yay! Enter, double strollers. Do I really need one? Saylor will be about 4 by the time this baby comes, and I honestly don’t use a stroller a whole lot with her. I’ve thought, well I could just get one that has a kick board for her, I plan on carrying the baby for as long as I can get away with it…all these thoughts that I’m sure second time moms have.
